• Is the product the same as in the picture?

Some neckalces made of rock stone, rock crystal, etc. have small differences from the picture, but we can assure that the piece corresponds to the product announced.

Some displays could alter the product real color. 

  • How can it be paid?

Credit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Paypal.

  • I live in another country. How can I buy your product?

We have the option for international purchases.

The payments are made via PayPal ( no installments )  

  • After the order is submitted, when will I receive the tracking number?

After the payment is done we need 48 hours so that our system will receive the confirmation, thus we can prepare your order to be delivered.

Your tracking number will be sent to the email signed up in the site within at least 48 hours.

Always check your spam box or trash , because very often these emails are redirected. 

  • What should I do if my order is delayed?

The delivery is made by mail. Delays are rare, but sometimes they could happen. If so, get in touch with us so that we can verify and start a complaint at the post office. 

  • How can I cancel a purchase?

The cancellation can be done only before the order is sent. It is not possible to cancel if the product has already been sent.

If you receive your product and want to cancel, you will have to pay for freight.

If the client is interested in cancelling the order it can be done only after the product is sent back.  

  • Do you accept exchange or return?

Yes, you can read about it in "Returns" on the footer menu. 

  • What is the warranty period?

The warranty for any piece is 30 days from the product delivery date.
