CAN I EXCHANGE AN ORDERED ITEM?

At iana.Lo Jewelry, you have 7 working days after delivery of your order to request a refund, exchange your model for another or request a credit.

Simply return your order to us by tracked mail.

Do you live in Switzerland? You can also return your item directly to our Workshop, with the order form.

However, clearly personalized products that cannot be put back on sale cannot be exchanged as provided for in the Consumer Code.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

As soon as you validate your order, it is directly transmitted to our teams. To modify an element of your order or cancel it, you have 1 hour. Contact customer service by telephone SMS at 07.89.78.69.90 or by email at info@ianalo.ch and inform them of your changes.

I WOULD LIKE SEVERAL GIFT PACKAGES, HOW DO I DO IT?

A pouch is offered to you for every order! If you would like several gift packages, please add the packaging and quantity you want (box, paper bag or pouch) to your order in the "Gift packaging" option.
