The client satisfaction is our commitment.
If you want to return one of your products because you have regretted or given up your purchase the following conditions must be respected:
- The deadline for the giving up is within 7 days after receiving it. The client will have to get in touch by mail: email@example.com , and tell the reasons for the exchange or return, then an evaluation will be done.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with the label, and posted within 2 working days after our answer via email.
- If all the conditions are respected we will reimburse all the money paid for the product.
- In case of exchange, we can only change by products from the same collection. Example: X by X.
- We do not exchange products on offer.
- In case of a return of any product, the shipping cost will be on the client.
